ABOUT LOYOLA: Committed to preparing people to lead extraordinary lives, Loyola University Chicago, founded in 1870, has more than 15,000 students and four campuses: three in the greater Chicago area and one in Rome, Italy. Loyola also serves as the U.S. host university to the Beijing Center for Chinese Studies in China. The university offers over 70 undergraduate majors, 80 master's degrees and 30 doctoral degrees. ABOUT THE SCHOOL: The School of Continuing and Professional Studies is located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast, just west of Michigan Avenue and Chicago's historic Water Tower, and within steps of Chicago's business and governmental communities. The SCPS offers both undergraduate and post-baccalaureate certificates. We serve 800 adult learners with plans to grow to 2000. The School celebrates 100 years of service to adult learners in Chicago in 2014. It is part of a Jesuit network of schools for working adults in the U.S. and abroad.
