Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Opportunity: Orthopedic Total Joint SurgeonOur organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.
We operate a bustling practice that includes over 20 orthopedic surgeons and trains 25 orthopedic surgery residents. Our Outpatient Rehabilitation center is situated at the East Campus of our medical center, just 1.4 miles from the main facility. The treatment areas are expansive, featuring an 8,000-square-foot orthopedic gym along with private treatment rooms.

Compensation & BenefitsThe anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $525,000 to $640,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $472,500 and $576,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
