Our organization is actively seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Total Joint Surgeon to become a part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong enthusiasm for teaching within a collaborative, faith-oriented setting.

We operate a bustling practice that includes over 20 orthopedic surgeons and trains 25 orthopedic surgery residents. Our Outpatient Rehabilitation center is situated at the East Campus of our medical center, just 1.4 miles from the main facility. The treatment areas are expansive, featuring an 8,000-square-foot orthopedic gym along with private treatment rooms.

Loma Linda is distinguished as the only Blue Zone in the United States, offering a family-oriented atmosphere with a deep commitment to health and wellness. Located in Southern California between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, this area is part of the Inland Empire. Nestled at the base of the San Bernardino Mountains, residents enjoy easy access to beaches, skiing, hiking, and a variety of outdoor activities. This expanding region boasts a low cost of living and excellent educational options in both private and public schools. Faculty members may also qualify for federal student loan forgiveness programs.

The anticipated total annual compensation for this position ranges from $525,000 to $640,000. This range includes variable compensation and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is subject to adjustment based on experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $472,500 and $576,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
